By accessing or using RiseSocial.ca (the “Site”) or engaging our services, you confirm that:

3.1 Requirements

  • Maintain login confidentiality
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

3.2 Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of LinkedIn’s User Agreement
  • Non-payment exceeding 30 days

4.1 Scope

Detailed in separate Statements of Work (SOWs) including:

  • Project timelines
  • Deliverables
  • Pricing (CAD/USD)

4.2 Fees & Taxes

  • 50% deposit required for services >$1,000
  • All fees exclude GST/HST (for Canadian clients)
  • Late payments incur 2% monthly interest

4.3 Refunds

  • Digital services are non-refundable once delivered
  • Subscription plans may be canceled with 30 days’ notice

5.1 Client Rights

You retain ownership of:

  • LinkedIn profile content
  • Uploaded branding materials

5.2 Rise Social Rights

We own:

  • Proprietary methodologies (e.g., “Social Selling Framework”)
  • Training materials and templates

5.3 LinkedIn®

  • All platform trademarks belong to LinkedIn Corporation
  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn

6.1 Links

We are not responsible for:

  • External website content
  • Third-party tools (e.g., CRM integrations)

6.2 API Usage

Services utilize LinkedIn’s public API under its Platform Policies.

  1. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Cap on Damages

Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service.

7.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • LinkedIn platform outages
  • Algorithm changes affecting results
  • Client misuse of strategies
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Unauthorized account use
  • Violation of LinkedIn’s policies
  1. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Negotiation

30-day good-faith negotiation period required.

9.2 Arbitration
